Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has partnered with The US Chamber of Commerce. The deal aims to upgrade investment opportunities, exchange expert opinions, and strengthen communication between the business councils of Abu Dhabi and the United States.
The agreement comes after the strengthening of economic relations between the United Arab Emirates and the United States. The US is one of the UAE’s largest global trading partners. Additionally, the non-oil trade between the two countries has also reached a constant growth in recent years. This increased business is supported by expanding cooperation across key sectors. This includes the following:
Technology
Energy
Advanced industries
Financial services
Healthcare
The agreement was signed by several other ministers and industry leaders. Given below are the names of them:
Ali Mohamed Al Marzooqi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Steve Lutes, Vice President for Middle East Affairs at the US Chamber of Commerce.
The deal signing took place in the presence of representatives from both sides, reflecting the strength of the growing economic ties between the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

According to the recent reports by the UAE Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre (FCSC), the bilateral non-oil merchandise trade reached AED111.0 billion (US$30.2 billion). The shift took place during the first nine months of 2025. This increased rate also marked a 10.2 percent year-on-year increase from AED100.7 billion (US$27.4 billion) during the financial year of 2024.
The agreement also aims to expand cooperation in the following areas:
Expansion of trade and investment
Increased ways of exchanging knowledge
Strengthening the organisation of economic events
The exchange of trade delegations.
The deal also targets to provide a joint platform to support companies and facilitate them for exploring into new markets. Thus, contributing to an effective engagement and sustainable economic partnerships between the two business communities.
