In February 2026, Dubai will be the venue for the Middle East's debut of PropTech Connect Middle East. This is one of the world’s fastest-growing real estate technology conferences in the region. Organised in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, the event signals Dubai’s growing influence at the intersection of property and technology, at a time when digital tools are reshaping how real estate markets operate worldwide.
The event is set to take place on February 4-5 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, positioning the emirate at the forefront of the global proptech events and demonstrating its determination to be a pioneer of change through innovation in the property market.
More than 3,000 participants are expected to attend, with over 1,500 companies represented across real estate, technology, and venture capital. Developers, owners, brokers, and occupiers will be joined by proptech startups, artificial intelligence specialists, and global investors, making it one of the most significant industry gatherings the region has seen.
Organisers have designed the event to prioritise meaningful interaction, with thousands of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings planned across the two days. This structure positions it as a major PropTech Event Dubai is hosting, focused not just on discussion but on collaboration and deal-making.
There will be more than 60 panel discussions over the five platforms on the agenda. The agenda will cover all the sectors, such as residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, and asset management. Technology such as AI, data analytics, blockchain, and digital platforms will be among the topics to be talked about concerning their impact on the property market in terms of efficiency, transparency, and better decision-making.
Alongside panels, the programme includes case studies from international markets, workshops, and closed-door sessions that examine practical applications of Dubai Real Estate Technology. As a Proptech Conference 2026, the event reflects how innovation is moving from pilot projects to core infrastructure within real estate operations.
